Salmon Pancakes Appetizer

For the dough mix:
500g milk
2 eggs
1 tbs of sugar
0.5 tea spoon of baking soda
20 g of poppy
500g flour
now cook thin pancakes, when done and cooleddown fill them with lettuce, cilantro and smocked salmon it will be great to have some red caviar on top.

Low fat Vanilla Blueberry ice cream

Ingredients:
300 g fat free farmer cheese
150 g fat free Greek yogurt
150 g blueberries
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 tbs vanilla extract
1-2 tbs splenda

In a blender mix at a medium intensity all the ingredients expect the blueberries. When done divide the mixture into half, and in one of them add the blueberries and again mix in a blender. Divide the mixture into glasses first vanilla followed by blueberry mixture on top. Put in the cooler for 9-10 hours. Serve with mint on top and raspberry sauce(mix well raspberry and splenda in a blender)!!



Cherry mouse

Ingredients:
1L sour cherry compote
400g fat free sour cream or Greek yogurt
250g sugar,splenda will work as well
15g gelatin

Devise the juice from cherries and at a low fire melt the gelatin into juice. In a blender mix very well the sour cream and the sugar, after that add the cold juice with gelatin and mix VERY well, arrange the cherries on the bottom of patty pan and pour the mixture. For 3 hours in the cooler.


Turkey ham appetizzer

Ingredients for 6 servings:
Turkey ham
150 g Shredded cheese the one you like.
1 tbs mashed garlic
1 tbs light mayo
7-8 boiled mushrooms, they have to be cut in very small pieces
salt and black pepper,cilantro.

Vegetarian Squash Pie

Ingredients for 4 servings:
500g green or yellow long squash
2 big carrots
3 cups of spinach
100g shredded Parmesan
100g shredded low fat mozzarella cheese
2 mixed eggs
3 tb.spoons of fat free sour cream
1 tbs of mashed garlic
black pepper and salt
cilantro
300g whole wheat dough(Whole Foods)
2 more eggs,mixed very well for the icing.


In a big bowl shredd the squash and the carrots, try to remove all the water, after that add the Parmesam and Mozzarella cheese, 2 mixed eggs, garlic, salt and pepper, spianach,sour cream and cilantro. Mix all the ingredients very well. Arange in slices the ingredients on the dough like for lasagna, use thi egg icing for the last slice. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 35-30 min, it should become golden brown . Serve it hot like appetizer or main course.

Fancy cheese appetizer

Mozzarella, Gouda or any medium or hard cheese you like, green olives, boiled beet.

Mushroom appetizer

Quick and easy, very small boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, lettuce,cilantro and light mayo.
