- 1 mashed banana
- 400 g rolled oats
- 200 g greek yogurt Oikos-fat free
- 2 spoons protein powder (your favorite flavor)
- cranberries, cocos and raisin
- combine all the ingredients above and bake for 20 min at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
