Final Product

when its done you can serve it with a boiled corn without butter and whole wheat bread, a great and healthy alternative will be mashed potatoes without butter or whole wheat pasta!
add one spoon of olive oil in your pan and at a medium fire add all the ingredients at the same time, add some cilantro, and some green onion, and 2 spoons of Parmesan & Mozzarella Ragu, or you can add 2 spoons of Parmesan and some mozzarella cheese. Put the lid and bake at medium fire until the chicken is done!

Healthy Chicken Ragu

So this are the ingredients:

2 marinated organic fat free chicken breasts( you can try Costco brand) marinated for 3 hours with 1 onion, oregano, cilantro, 1 lime ,black pepper, salt, seltzer water.
2 carrots
1 bell pepper
6 cherry tomatoes

when the chicken is marinated cut all the ingredients.
