- Hello, my name is Katalina, I am 22 years old and I live in New York City together with my fiancé Alvian and our cute cat Bella! I love food and I love to cook very much! Being a certified nutritional consultant I created this blog to show how healthy eating and cooking can be as well delicious and fun!I think healthy eating is not about strict nutrition restrictions, staying very thin, or depriving yourself of the foods you love,I think it’s about feeling great, having more energy, and keeping yourself as healthy as possible so on my blog you will find lots of interesting recipes followed by pictures and instructions also I will post my daily eatings!
